F1 MAGGOT POLE FLOAT

The first instalment of the Des Shipp Commercial Pole Float range covers every possible application in the winter and spring months from maggot fishing for silvers through to pellet fishing for F1’s. There are several patterns devoted to the increasingly popular F1 style of fishing which are perfect for targeting this shy biting species.

All floats are constructed using a tough, aerospace grade, Rohacell foam body for maximum durability whilst the tips and stems have been hand-picked by the England International himself to optimise the intended use of each float.

Fitted with an elongated side eye which is glued twice into the foam body, to ensure maximum strength. The entire Des Shipp Commercial Pole float range has been hand finished to Des Shipp’s exacting standards, resulting in an incredibly diverse and high performing float range.

Des Shipp; The hollow plastic tip and carbon stem creates the ideal float for F1's and commercial silvers. This slim F1 float has the perfect characteristics for fishing maggots in deeper water and up to islands in the smaller sizes.
